*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and fob (4 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $20 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for key fob)

* No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. 2 parking tags supplied ( there is $20 fee for each missing/broken tag)

* Oversized cars, motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Sensational peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Animals are not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my home rules.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

* No mailbox for this location.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
