located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Sizable balcony with handsome pool view.
Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and fob (4 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $20 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for key fob)
* No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary. 2 parking tags supplied ( there is $20 fee for each missing/broken tag)
* Oversized cars, motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, handsome landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
