Expertly decorated, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath South Hampton condo is modern elegance at its best! The living room is casual but refined with a huge sectional couch and has access to the balcony and an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean below! The dining area is cavernous with seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the eat at bar. This condo features a exceptional refreshed kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and upgraded cabinets. The master bedroom is classic and comfortable, decorated in relaxing, serene colors, this space is the ideal place to relax after a day in the sun and an even better place to wake up as you lounge in the king-sized bed!! The master bedroom has a giant ensuite with a double vanity and a massive walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is as roomy as it is enchanting, featuring 2 queen sized beds;, this room continues the same theme of beachy elegance the rest of the condo has. Across from the guest bedroom is the guest bath with a tub/shower combo. The unit also has a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer. This handsome condo has a great balcony with plenty of seating that can be accessed from both bedrooms and the main living area!

NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.
