WELCOME to this TOP floor unit in Magnolia Pointe + elevator. You have to step into this striking unit to feel the warmth and experience how inviting it is. Step out onto the balcony and appreciate the afternoon sun, overlooking one of the bigger lakes within Magnolia Pointe. This peaceful setting is very private and a front row seat for our South Carolina sunsets!

The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Cozy and clean condo

*1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 queen bed.

*kitchen completely equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and intelligent TV available.

*Family Pets are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are supplied.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (hanging by the door) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay ($50 per lost wristband)
