Unwind with the whole family at this striking, peaceful place to stay. Just 3 blocks from the beach! Our townhome is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC just a few blocks away from the ocean! It is a pretty 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse with a modest fenced in backyard with a patio area for dining . This home is close to many attractions like the 14th Ave Pier, Anderson Park, mini-golf, the SkyWheel and much more. Ideal for calming or staying busy with vacation activities.

The Space:
In the heart of Myrtle Beach this well maintained 2 bed, 1.5 bath Oak Park home offers a handsome Charleston style fenced brick courtyard. Inside appreciate freshly painted walls, handsome bespoke stenciled oak wood floor, and extravagant carpet on the 2nd floor. Giant bedrooms with closets are ideal for accommodating your family. Cavernous lower level living, dining, half bath, and kitchen exits to a garden patio under an oak canopy.

This home is equipped with one king bed and one queen sized bed for your sleeping needs. For additional sleeping space, there is a sleeper couch as well. In addition, you will have a living space for relaxing, a full kitchen, and a separate dining area. Outside we have a garden patio ideal for dining or relaxing as well as a modest outdoor space in the front with a smaller seating area. The upstairs has a full bathroom while downstairs has a half bath. There is also a washer and dryer available for use during your stay. Please note, we provide starter paper products and cleaning supplies for your stay, while these may be completely adequate for modest trips, if you need more garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. you will need to provide those.

You have access to 2 parking spots beside the buildings and access to the unit only

Nearby eateries recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a fast bite, Blueberry Grille for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner. If you drive a couple miles south, you will be in the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with many eateries, stores, attractions, and more!

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bicycle or walk. However cycling and walking would limit your dining and activities.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Units' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
