Heron Pointe F20 is a two-story one-bedroom, one-bath vacation condo
located in the calming Shore Drive area of North Myrtle Beach, just
two blocks from the ocean. Guests can savor a short five-min. walk to
the beach while staying in a peaceful community close to eateries,
shopping, and local attractions.

The condo features a entirely equipped kitchen, central heating and air,
wireless internet access, and flatscreen TVs. A washer and dryer are
also located in the unit, providing added convenience for Heron Pointe
F20 guests during their stay.

The Heron Pointe community offers numerous amenities including indoor
and outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool for cooler days, an indoor hot
tub, and a sauna. Guests can also relax on the sundeck or prepare meals
at the grilling area. An outside shower makes rinsing off after the
beach fast and simple.

Monthly winter units are available during the off-season.

Smoking is not allowed, and motorbikes, trailers, and golf carts are
not allowed.

Please note that security cameras may be present in common areas of the
condominium complex such as hallways, parking areas, and pool areas.
