The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 6th floor, direct ocean front, elegantly refreshed condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom suite is completely furnished with 2 queen beds, and 1 full size murphy bed. This unique layout offers an upsized living space with a couch, couch chair, TV with cable, a modest dining table with chairs, and handsome direct ocean front vistas from the private balcony right off the living area. This layout features an open floor plan making the space feel bigger and not cramped!

Guests will enter the condo into the bedroom area. The bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, TV, AC/Heat unit, dresser, and closet for storage. This space is ideal for 2-4 guests. All carpeting has been removed and the entire condo features handsome tile floor throughout.

Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen and bathroom are centrally located between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen offers full size appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very trendy food delivery options.

The full size bathroom sits behind the kitchen and features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, sizable mirror, and a hair blow dryer.

Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the oceanfront vistas. The living room is the most fashionable area of the apartment, and it features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), couch, accent chair, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, TV with digital cable, and a dining table with chairs. Guests will also access the private balcony from this area.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi, as well as complimentary parking.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Landmark is known for it's many pool conveniences options. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Located at the Landmark resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most adored attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport!
