BEAUTIFUL 2 BEDROOM, 1 BATH COTTAGE LOCATED AT 1456 MERMAID IN OCEAN LAKES FAMILY CAMPGROUND, MYRTLE BEACH, SC.

THE HOME HAS AN OPEN LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, AND KITCHEN.. THE LIVING ROOM HAS A LARGE FLAT-SCREEN TV. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED AND THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS A FULL BED, BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE NEW LARGE FLAT-SCREEN TV'S. THERE IS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND DISHWASHER. THE NEW DINING ROOM TABLE SEATS 4 PEOPLE, AND THE BAR AREA SEATS 2 PEOPLE. THERE IS A FULL-SIZE WASHER AND DRYER LOCATED IN THE BUILDING ALONG WITH ONE COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART. FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT THERE IS AN OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT AND COLD WATER ALONG WITH A GAS GRILL. THIS HOME ALSO HAS A LARGE COVERED PORCH WITH AN OUTDOOR DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS WITH ADDITIONAL SEATING.

THIS CART IS COMPLIMENTARY MEANING IF SOMETHING WERE TO MALFUNCTION AND IT HAS TO BE WORKED ON, I WILL NOT PAY TO RENT YOU A GOLF CART NOR WILL I REFUND ANY PORTION OF THE RENTAL RATE. SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN BEYOND MY CONTROL. I HAVE THE GOLF CART ROUTINELY SERVICED IN HOPES TO PREVENT ANY ISSUES WITH IT.

OCEAN LAKES CHARGES A FEE FOR PARKING WHICH IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THEM. IT IS $15 PER VEHICLE PER DAY, IF YOU UTILIZE EXPRESS CHECK-IN, ITS $12 PER VEHICLE PER DAY. ONCE YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL, I WILL ENTER YOUR INFORMATION INTO THE OCEAN LAKES PORTAL AND THEY WILL THEN IN TURN SEND YOU AN EMAIL REQUESTING VEHICLE INFO AND PAYMENT. ONCE YOU PAY OCEAN LAKES FOR THE PASSES THEY WILL MAIL THEM TO YOU.
***YOU MAY PARK UP TO 2 CARS AT THE HOME, IF ANY ADDITIONAL CARS ARE NEEDED THEY MAY BE PARKED IN OVERFLOW PARKING WITH MY PERMISSION.
DEPARTURE CLEANING IS REQUIRED AND IS PROVIDED IN YOUR RENTAL RATE, HOWEVER YOU ARE EXPECTED TO LEAVE THE HOME JUST AS YOU FOUND IT (SEE CONTRACT FOR DETAILS) IF NOT SOME OR ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT MAY BE FORFEITED.
