Located on the third floor, this getaway features the best lake vistas in the neighborhood from the private balcony, main bedroom, and living room. The open floor plan accepts everybody to spread out yet be gathered at the same time. Whip up charming culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and modern appliances, including two coffee makers (a Keurig and a Nespresso machine). Then, getaway to the welcoming living area and stream your favorite movies and shows on the huge intelligent TV. The private covered balcony provides you with a excellent spot to sip your morning coffee or invigorating evening drink as you take in the marvelous vistas of the lake and fountain. In addition, you will be granted access to on-site amenities, including hiking trails, a 36-hole court along the Myrtlewood Championship Golf Course with a driving range, and seven pools.

Take a walk on the trail supplied or discover further in the area with close by attractions such as Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Wax Museum, Broadway at the Beach (the biggest entertainment venue along the Grandiose Strand with many stores, theatre, nightlife, and amusement for all ages), go-cart rides, and beaches.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.   • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
