Upon entering, guests will enter through the bedroom. The bedroom features 2 full size beds, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. Each bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.

Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet and shower/tub in one area, and the sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features an upsized granite slab, mirror, and sink.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the expansive, oceanfront vistas. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
- The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Many property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Selecting and booking your prefectvacation home:
- Start by choosing the best vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Landmark 1134~Incredible Views! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the host before reserving the rental. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish which bed configuration is best for your trip.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, keep an eye out for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- If your group is bringing pets, you must reserve a rental that allows animals. Ask for details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Usually, hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
Additional considerations:
- Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
- To make certain that no damages are linked to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Contact the property manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many issues.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to drive more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
