Located in the Palmetto Tower our Three Bedroom Standard features 2 Queen beds: a Master with oceanfront vistas and bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms that have one with having a queen and the other room with bunk beds(full and twin). Also share a second bathroom with hottub tub. The unit has a private oceanfront balcony, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and full supplied kitchen.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED - **Please Note - Minimum age of 25 required to rent this unit.



All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.



Guest Access:

This Myrtle Beach Resort features, 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, and lazy river, an under cover Kids's interactive pool area with silly sub, dump buckets & waterfall umbrellas, plus an indoor pool and hot tub and more. Access to the beach right from our pool patio! Also couple dozen pool loungers across the pool patio!

Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):



1. optional $45.00 non-returnable damage waiver



2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout



Locals are not allowed to stay per resort policy
