The Space:
Welcome to Compass Cove Resort! This 3 bedroom condo is located in an oceanfront resort, so not only will you appreciate the unobstructed oceanfront vistas from your balcony but it will only take a few mins. to get down to the beach. The resort is located in a highly desired area for Myrtle Beach visitors - come savor!

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee filters + creamers, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.

Parking: Simple access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! 12th floor. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Entirely supplied with pots/pans, coffee machine that uses filter, silverware, plates, etc.

Living Area: Sleeper couch. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: King bed. Balcony access. Bathroom attached.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

Bathroom 2: Hallway access.

Balcony: Private balcony with direct oceanfront vistas.

Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private, in-unit, machines.

Water Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. All of the water amenities, with the exception of 2 outdoor pools are heated (there are outdoor pools that are heated). Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. All the pools except the indoor section with the water slides ARE available. Commercially owned features include front desk services, the water slides, the Tiki Bar, Joe's Coffee Bar, Compass Rose Restaurant, Crow's Nest, laundry room, Arcade, gift shop, business center, and exercise room - these are not available for your use with this condo.

The unit is located in Compass Cove Resort - located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC. Nearby you will find all the attractions, shopping, and eateries that our area has to offer!

Getting Around:
2 parking passes are included for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.
