Reconnect with adored ones in this family-friendly place. Located in the highly desired Magnolia Pointe community. Ground floor, Spectacular cavernous condo, 2BR and 2 baths. Magnolia Pointe is a golf community that is located just a little over a mile from the handsome Atlantic Ocean and is centrally located to all the shopping and dining that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics.
Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Very roomy condo. 1 king, 1 queen beds and pullout couch in the living room. (Sleeps up to 6 guests). Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
*Sizable patio to savor.
*Sheets and linens supplied.
*Free WiFi and intelligent TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full.
Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, handsome landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.
