I'm unable to use my Marriott Oceanwatch ocean front villa next month so I'm renting this ocean front villa for a much lower price! (Other villas at this Marriott are ocean view or garden view which are not ocean front.) Marriott's OceanWatch Villas are located at Grande Dunes near Myrtle Beach. This is for the week of Friday June 2 to Friday June 9 (this is checkout day).
I have successfully rented multiple times conveniently and problem complimentary. Once you book, I will then send you a Marriott confirmation with your name added (feel complimentary to call Marriott to confirm you are on the confirmation).
About the Area
Located in Myrtle Beach, this villa is on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are not to be missed.

Tips for getting the perfect vacation home experience:
When to go & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the best rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitor guides have offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select your dates and budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Marriott OceanWatch Villas at Grand Dunes 2 Bedroom - Sleeps 8 OCEAN FRONT! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property manager before you book your rental. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what is optimal for your group.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, keep an eye out for properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges could be applied to your invoice.
More tips for your visit:
- Add the host's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- To ensure that damages are not linked to your family's stay, record any problem areas when you arrive. Get in touch with the host immediately to report any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent a lot of concerns.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect your property!
- Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to propel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
