The guest completing the check-in process must be at least 21 years of age or older.

No complimentary daily maid service, but supplies can be requested at the front desk.

Check-in is at 4 PM (Early check-in may be possible but is not guaranteed. The resort will usually allow you to leave your bags and access all amenities).

Check-out is at 10 AM (Late check-out may be possible, but it is up to the resort and not guaranteed).

A valid ID and major debit/credit card are required at check-in.

The security deposit is $50 per nighttime, up to a max. of $250.

Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
