Recently refreshed condo in prime location with many amenities to make your vacation a breeze. Very short walk to the beach, eateries, bars, coffee, breakfast, ice cream, and more! Indoor pool and spa with a sauna available for those rainy or cold days and a enormous outdoor pool so you can savor the sunshine. Unwind inside our roomy and beautiful home with separate porches so everybody can appreciate their own space. Every space equipped with 65+ inch intelligent TV.
We have supplied 8 beach chairs, a beach cart, and 8 beach/pool towels to allow for ease of travel. A coffee maker that uses K-cups as well as coffee grounds is located in the in-unit coffee bar. Each guest is included with 2 extravagant bath towels. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to dine in with plenty of surrounding eateries within walking and driving distance if you choose to dine out.
Within walking distance:
- Straw Market which includes Flip-Flops Bar and Grille, coffee, ice cream, pizza, beach stores, and a liquor store.
- Annie's Beach Bar, Windows Restaurant (Breakfast), and River City Cafe located beach front. These are accessible from the road or the beach
- Harry the Hats and Finn McCooles eateries

Please note stairs are required to access the property and there is no elevator on site.

There are 3 parking passes for cars to park on site. The HOA does monitor the parking lot so please hang these from your rear view upon arrival. Additionally, per the HOA, no motorbikes, golf carts, recreational cars, boats, ATVs, or trailers allowed. If you plan to park at the complex early prior to check in, please contact the host so accommodations regarding parking can be made.

The indoor pool and spa is open all year long, with the exception of any unforeseen maintenance. The outdoor pool is closed around November - April. The pools are open from 9 am to 10 pm.

In order to ensure there are no issues with pests, pests are sprayed the first Thursday of every month. These are non-toxic and organic material. It takes about 2 mins.. Access is required. Thank you for your understanding.
