All reservations, payments, and guest communication are handled through your booking platform and our third-event property management team.

**Guest Responsibility and Resort Rules**
By booking this property, the renter agrees to be responsible for their guests and to comply with all applicable resort conditions, regulations, and rules. The renter and all guests are expected to respect the property and shared resort facilities.

The renter agrees to hold harmless Seafoam Property Management, LLC, its employees, and the unit owners for accidents, damages, or lost or stolen items that occur during the rental period, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

House Rules & Important Information

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No Family Animals or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.

No Parties or Sizable Gatherings: Events, events, or enormous group gatherings are not allowed such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Additional Charges: Additional costs and taxes may apply.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

Property Access & Restrictions

The HOA stringently prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal golf carts. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your car as unauthorized cars may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

Additional Notes

Housekeeping & Pest Policy:
No daily housekeeping. Fresh linens and a starter supply of essentials are supplied at check-in.
Monthly pest control is in place; however, occasional pest sightings may occur due to the coastal environment.
Bed Bug Policy:
All units are routinely inspected, including after each stay. Any concerns must be reported immediately through the booking platform with supporting documentation. Unverified or false claims may result in inspection costs billed to the guest.

Pool & Parking Items: 6 Pool wristbands and 2 parking passes must be returned at check-out. Replacement costs will apply for lost or missing items. The first floor of the parking garage is for high top cars only. If you require a high top parking pass you must go to the lobby to get a green parking pass. You can park anywhere in the garage unless its labeled 15 min. parking. The second floor of the parking garage is for reception only and is labeled 15 min. parking. Do not park permanently here you will get ticketed.
