Mini Beach Resort. Ocean, Beach all within walking distance. Excellent eateries and entertainment in Myrtle Beach & family fun. Close to Broadway on the Beach, Shopping Outlets, and many places to dine. The gated community has 7 breath taking lakes full of fish for fish to catch and release.

Beach/Pool are both within walking distance of our home, or take a fast golf cart drive pass the Lakes, to Pools, waterpark, and arrive at the beach. Less than 10 min. walk to the Ocean, Rec Center, and Indoor, Outdoor pools, Pizza and Ice cream, and family store on location.

Striking 3BR, 2B, sleeps 8. All new appliances purchased end of 2023. Appreciate peaceful time while calming on our wrap around porch, dinning, family time, or appreciate the beach or fishing in the lakes.

Open living space w/ 55' intelligent TV along & intelligent 43’ TV in Master BR. TV's in every room, along with outside TV under the deck in the "Outside Man Cave".

Totally equipped kitchen with Keurig, Coffee Pot, Pressure Cooker, Crock Pot, Blender, Mixer, Iron for clothes, box fan, Cooking Spices, and Family dinning area, Cards and Board Games. New outside shower, Blackstone Grille, Renter's closest includes beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, wave boards, kid Scooters, Sand toys, and Corn Hole Boards.

Our Home is unit #5723 on Old Kings Drive on the North Side of the Park near the front gate. One floor, no Steps.

Other things to Note
Ocean Lakes charges $15 a day/car for parking. Express check-in is available when pay in advance at $12 a day per car. Parking passes will be mailed in advance so you may drive directly to your home at unit 5723 Old Kings Road.
