Escape to your ideal Myrtle Beach getaway! Located in a peaceful community beside some of the area’s most trendy golf courses, this condo offers the ideal balance of relaxation and convenience. Just a fast drive from the sandy shoreline, you’ll be close to the beach while appreciating a calm, breathtaking setting.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



**Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. There are full time residents in the community**



Parking: Painless access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 1st floor unit. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Entirely supplied - includes cups, plates, silverware.



Family room: Appreciate the open concept with plenty of seating.



Bedroom 1: King bed with a TV.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: King bed.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.



Balcony: Nice seating area to savor the fresh air.



Pools: There are multiple unheated pools open year round.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized close by golf courses (additional costs apply).

Simple access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control happens on the 3rd Wednesday of March, June, September, and December. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Max guest count is 4.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



There is a key fob in the unit that is required for luxury access. If a guest loses/misplaces this, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.
