3rd floor Oceanfront condo says it all right? No - not all oceanfront condos are created equal. Our condo features an Ocean Front Master Bedroom with a King bed where you can wake-up to the sunrise and the ocean right from the comfort of your bed.

This condo offers a King size bed in both bedrooms and a sleep couch in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4-6

You are allowed 2 parking spaces for a 2 Bedroom condo on this property.

This condo features 1 king bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom plus a 2nd bedroom with another king bed with its own full bathroom plus a full kitchen with dining area and a pretty living room with a sleep couch.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras allowed within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No family pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, events, or sizable gatherings.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a max. of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In with the off-site manager using a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older.
You will then use the Guest Portal to access your room code on the day of arrival.
The access code to enter the condo will be available on the Guest Portal along with other pertinent reservation details.
Once you enter the condo you will find your parking passes on the table next to the kitchen table when you enter the main living area. There are only 2 parking passes included for 2 bedroom condos at this property. Extra passes are not available.

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, additional amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for off-season units for 30 days or longer from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.
