The Space:
This cheerful 5th-floor condo at Meridian Plaza offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal appeal. With ocean vistas from the living area and balcony, a new HVAC system, and plenty of thoughtful touches, this is an ideal home base whether you’re escaping for a weekend or staying a while. Traveling with friends or family? A neighboring unit is also available for rent, making it painless to stay close while appreciating your own space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom: King bed with plush duvet, cable TV, dresser, and closet. Two beach chairs are stored here for guest use. Linens and additional pillows supplied.
Living Room: Queen sleeper couch, armchair, intelligent TV, and huge dining table ideal for meals or board games. Private balcony access for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks—south-facing for plenty of sunshine, even in winter!

BALCONY (Our FAVORITE Spot!)
Appreciate the ocean breeze and expansive vistas from your private balcony, furnished with four cushioned conversation chairs and a dining table. Ideal for morning mimosas or a late-nighttime glass of wine under the stars.

KITCHEN (Second Favorite!)
The kitchen is entirely supplied for real cooking—ideal for extended stays or guests who adore to dine in.
Includes:
- Fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave
- Drip & Keurig coffee makers (filters supplied) and toaster
- Pots, pans, mixing bowls, Pyrex baking dishes & silverware
- Plenty of dishes, glasses & flatware for four
- We also provide a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags.

BATHROOM
Roomy and bright with a double vanity, separate powder area, and a tub/shower combo. Eight towels, hand soap, shampoo, and a starter supply of toilet tissue are included.

Parking:
Guests may park in the parking garage located directly across the street from the resort. The height clearance of the garage is 6'11". There are a few parking spaces for upsized cars, but we cannot guarantee availability. The city of Myrtle Beach has a lot of metered spaces close by. Resort policy accepts for one parking space per condo. Motorcycles are allowed to park in the parking garage; however, trailers and golf carts are not.

Resort Location:
Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, numerous golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls.

As a host, I take great pride in maintaining the properties I own and manage. I deeply value the time and investment guests make to appreciate a well-deserved hideaway, and while I can’t promise perfection, I always strive for it. My hope is that every guest feels casual, cared for, and really enjoys their time here. My properties are professionally maintained with a focus on both comfort and safety. Preventative measures include:
- Thorough cleanings using trained teams who restock, inspect, and refresh after every stay

- Bi-annual HVAC maintenance for optimal air quality and efficiency
- Monthly professional preventative pest control treatments

Neighboring Construction: The City of Myrtle Beach has a year-long storm water project taking place in front of the resort next to Meridian and is expected to be finished in early 2026. We are excited for for this initiative, however, there are growing pains associated with these improvements - ie construction. While occasional noise or activity may occur, we’ve reduced prices over 15% and offer an additional 10% off weekly stays during this improvement period. Thank you for supporting a modest, local host while the city makes Myrtle Beach even better for everybody!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo and private balcony, all resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, lawn, sundeck), elevators, and laundry facilities. Entry is keyless via a private 4-digit code shared before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
So much to do (and eat!) within walking distance of this condo! The Convention Center is less than a half mile away. Starbucks, SOHO, bagel stores, Tin Roof, Lu Lu's, Harry's, Donald's, Sea Captain's House - all within a few short blocks - eat your heart out!

Getting Around:
Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, numerous golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls. There are multiple Uber and Lyft drivers in Myrtle Beach. Most attractions are just a short walk away, so you can comfortably discover the area without needing a rental car—ideal for guests who appreciate to take in the sights on foot!

Other Things to Note:
We do not have a washing machine or dryer inside the condo; however, the resort offers a pay-per-use laundromat onsite adjacent to the indoor pool. The machines accept coin payment as well as payments using an app.
