The Space:

This cheerful 5th-floor condo at Meridian Plaza offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal appeal. With ocean vistas from the living area and balcony, a new HVAC system, and plenty of thoughtful touches, this is an ideal home base whether you’re escaping for a weekend or staying a while. Traveling with friends or family? A neighboring unit is also available for rent, making it simple to stay close while appreciating your own space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom: King bed with plush duvet, cable TV, dresser, and closet. Two beach chairs are stored here for guest use. Linens and additional pillows supplied.

Living Room: Queen sleeper couch, armchair, intelligent TV, and sizable dining table ideal for meals or board games. Private balcony access for sunrise coffee or sunset beverages—south-facing for plenty of sunshine, even in winter!



BALCONY (Our FAVORITE Spot!)

Appreciate the ocean breeze and expansive vistas from your private balcony, furnished with four cushioned conversation chairs and a dining table. Ideal for morning mimosas or a late-nighttime glass of wine under the stars.



KITCHEN (Second Favorite!)

The kitchen is completely supplied for real cooking—ideal for extended stays or guests who adore to dine in.

Includes:

- Fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave

- Drip & Keurig coffee makers (filters supplied) and toaster

- Pots, pans, mixing bowls, Pyrex baking dishes & silverware

- Plenty of dishes, glasses & flatware for four

- We also provide a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags.



BATHROOM

Cavernous and bright with a double vanity, separate powder area, and a tub/shower combo. Eight towels, hand soap, shampoo, and a starter supply of toilet tissue are included.

Parking:

Guests may park in the parking garage located directly across the street from the resort. The height clearance of the garage is 6'11". There are a few parking spaces for upsized cars, but we cannot guarantee availability. The city of Myrtle Beach has a lot of metered spaces close by. Resort policy accepts for one parking space per condo. Motorcycles are allowed to park in the parking garage; however, trailers and golf carts are not.



Resort Location:

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, multiple golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls.

As a host, I take great pride in maintaining the properties I own and manage. I deeply value the time and investment guests make to savor a well-deserved hideaway, and while I can’t promise perfection, I always strive for it. Preventative measures include:

- Thorough cleanings using trained teams who restock, inspect, and refresh after every stay

- Frequent onsite visits to verify condition, cleanliness, and guest readiness

- Bi-annual HVAC maintenance for optimal air quality and efficiency

- Monthly professional preventative pest control treatments



We have other units available for rent in this resort (two that neighbor this condo), ideal for families or friends traveling together who want to stay close but enjoy their own space.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condo and private balcony, all resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, lawn, sundeck), elevators, and laundry facilities. Entry is keyless via a private 4-digit code shared before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

So much to do (and eat!) within walking distance of this condo! The Convention Center is less than a half mile away. Starbucks, SOHO, bagel stores, Tin Roof, Lu Lu's, Harry's, Donald's, Sea Captain's House - all within a few short blocks - eat your heart out!



Getting Around:

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, numerous golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls. There are numerous Uber and Lyft drivers in Myrtle Beach. Most attractions are just a short walk away, so you can conveniently discover the area without needing a rental car—ideal for guests who appreciate to take in the sights on foot!



Other Things to Note:

While there’s no washer or dryer in the condo, the resort offers a convenient pay-per-use laundromat next to the indoor pool. Machines accept coins or app payments.



The City of Myrtle Beach is currently completing a stormwater improvement project designed to better filter and reroute runoff away from the beach. The work is taking place in front of the neighboring resort (not on Meridian Plaza property) and is expected to continue into early 2026.



While this is a positive, long-term improvement for Myrtle Beach, guests may occasionally notice daytime construction activity or noise, primarily on weekdays. That said, guests have not reported this as disruptive, which you’ll see reflected in our reviews.
