Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, simple walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, multiple golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls.
The City of Myrtle Beach is rerouting storm water and building a pier in front of the resort next to Meridian. We are excited for both initiatives; however, there are some growing pains associated with these improvements - ie construction. As a modest, local business owner, I extend heartfelt gratitude for your support while the city works to better Myrtle Beach and have reduced my listed prices by over 15% from last year and am offering an additional 10% off weekly units. Please reach out with any questions.

Other Things to Note:
We do not have a washing machine or dryer inside the condo; however, the resort offers a pay-per-use laundromat onsite adjacent to the indoor pool. The machines accept coin payment as well as payments using an app.
The resort has ice and drink machines located on the north side of the building and an onsite convenience store selling drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks & beach & travel essentials.

Rental property booking tips:
Finding your best deal:
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer months are the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is a good way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property managers typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Choosing the best vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by having your family choose the best dates and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family requires. OVKing, New HVAC, Wkly Discounts, Exc Walkability has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property manager before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs applied to your invoice.
- Does your group require special amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental
Some things to know before you go:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of problems.
- Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
- To make certain damages aren't attributed to your family's visit, record any problem areas upon your arrival. Contact the rental manager right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Be respectful. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
