Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can appreciate live music by the beach and a great ambiance! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!
NOTE: THIS CONDO DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM. Tiki Bar is now officially closed for the season.
NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.
