Now let's dive into the details:

Bedroom:
Cozy up in the king-sized bed with a plush duvet, desk/make-up counter, cable TV and tons of storage. Two beach chairs, clothes steamer, fan, linens and additional pillows are also supplied.

Living Room:
The open-concept main area includes a comfortable loveseat, 2 swivel recliners, electric fireplace, and sizable intelligent TV. Appreciate your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the waves roll in—right from the couch!

Balcony (Our FAVORITE Spot!)
Step onto your direct oceanfront balcony and soak in sweeping vistas of the Atlantic. A bistro set and two chairs provide the ideal spot for sunrises, dolphin watching, or stargazing at nighttime. During the winter months, whales have even been spotted offshore!

Kitchen (Second Favorite!):
Whether you’re here for a weekend or the winter, the kitchen is equipped for real cooking:
- Fridge, freezer, range, dishwasher & microwave
- Drip coffee maker (filters supplied) + Keurig, tea kettle
- Toaster, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking sheets, and plenty of dishes
- Expanded Quartz peninsula with comfy bar stools for casual dining
- A starter set of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and sponge are supplied.

Bathroom:
Recently modernized and shining clean, the bathroom features a tub/shower, enormous double vanity, and plenty of hooks for swimsuits and towels. We supply towels, hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, and a starter set of toilet tissue. A hair dryer is also included.

Parking:
Guests may park in the parking garage located directly across the street from the resort. The height clearance of the garage is 6'11". There are a few parking spaces for upsized cars, but we cannot guarantee availability. The city of Myrtle Beach has a lot of metered spaces close by. Resort policy accepts for one parking space per condo. Motorcycles are allowed to park in the parking garage; however, trailers and golf carts are not.

Resort Location:
Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, painless walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, SkyWheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, numerous golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls. There are numerous Uber and Lyft drivers in Myrtle Beach. Most attractions are just a short walk away, so you can conveniently discover the area without needing a rental car—ideal for guests who appreciate to take in the sights on foot!

As a host, I take great pride in maintaining the properties I own and manage. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo and balcony, all resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, lawn, sundeck), elevators, and laundry facilities. Entry is keyless via a private 4-digit code shared before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
So much to do (and eat!) within walking distance of this condo! The Convention Center is less than a half mile away. Starbucks, SOHO, bagel stores, Tin Roof, Lu Lu's, Harry's, Donald's, Sea Captain's House - all within a few short blocks - eat your heart out!

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. Other Things to Note:
While there’s no washer or dryer in the condo, the resort offers a convenient pay-per-use laundromat next to the indoor pool. Machines accept coins or app payments.

The City of Myrtle Beach is currently completing a stormwater improvement project designed to better filter and reroute runoff away from the beach. The work is taking place in front of the neighboring resort (not on Meridian Plaza property) and is expected to be finished late Spring 2026.

While this is a positive, long-term improvement for Myrtle Beach, guests may occasionally notice daytime construction activity or noise, primarily on weekdays. That said, guests have not reported this as disruptive, which you’ll see reflected in my reviews.
