Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be complimentary per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is complimentary) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at nighttime (one person is complimentary). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in complimentary.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

• Take a copy of the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
• Record any damages to the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute is filed.
• Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would've not otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
• Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
