Amazing 1 Bedroom/1Bath beachfront condo has spectacular expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. This 1 bedroom, 1 baths direct oceanfront condo is on the 6th floor of Beach Colony Resort. This condo has modest kitchen area, with a full-sized microwave and refrigerator. The furnishings are fresh with flat-screen TVs and a very enormous private oceanfront balcony. Fabulous amenities include indoor/outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, a roomy pool deck, an oceanfront pool, a kiddie splash, and a play area. Beach Colony Resort is located in the northern portion of Myrtle Beach and is very close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and all the area's attractions.

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Barefoot Landing, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's fashionable attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Please note that the indoor pool is currently closed for repairs and is expected to remain unavailable until at least mid-January.
The North Outdoor Pool is also temporarily closed. Once both the indoor pool and North Pool reopen, the South Pool Deck will undergo maintenance and will be closed during that time.
