Step inside and you'll find a bright, inviting apartment that sleeps three guests comfortably, featuring a plush king bed and a twin-size sleeper couch.

The unit is thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials, and then some. Savor your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with basic cable, and stay comfortable year-round with AC and heat. The private bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity, and everything you need to freshen up after a long day at the beach. Step out onto the private balcony and take in impressive vistas of the ocean, you might even spot dolphins playing in the surf or catch one of Myrtle Beach's memorable sunsets.

As of 2024, this condo has been given a fresh new look, and we're thrilled to share it with you! New floor has been installed throughout, giving the space a clean, modern feel. Much of the furnishings has been refinished, and we've added a new table to create a more functional and inviting dining area.

What really sets this rental apart is the full kitchen, an luxury that's hard to find in many similar units. The upsized countertop and additional cabinet space make it simple to prepare, store, and serve meals just like you would at home. Whether you're whipping up breakfast before hitting the beach or appreciating a peaceful dinner in, the kitchen comes entirely supplied with cookware, silverware, dishes, glasses, and everything else you might need. You'll also find a full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, and kitchen sink. And if you'd rather let someone else do the cooking, you're in luck, Myrtle Beach is packed with magnificant eateries, all just a short drive or delivery away. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery services are readily available.

We make packing light painless. Fresh towels, clean linens, and all basic toiletries are included, including starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Each bathroom is supplied with 8 towels and 8 washcloths for your convenience.

While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Sea Mist also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, a sauna, a restaurant, a humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to savor before relaxing in this handsome unit. (Please note that the mini waterpark across street, all water amenities, and movie theater are not available to our guests.)

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
