This is a 7th floor 2-bedroom suite that features a 1BR unit on one side, and a studio on the other! Located at Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, this unit entire unit has been refreshed with brand new floor and furnishings as of 2024!



Starting on the 2745 side guests will get an ocean view studio that is completely furnished with 2 full size beds, dresser and closet for storage, TV with basic cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and a mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig.



The kitchenette features a mini refrigerator, full size microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchenette is completely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also supplied so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of amazing dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many eateries offer delivery as well.



Making your way to the 2746 side guests will get ocean view 1 bedroom is entirely furnished with 2 full size beds and a sleeper couch will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests! Making the grandiose total for both sides able to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests!



Just after you enter, guests will find the bedroom! This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a dresser and closet for storage, nightstand between the two beds, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, hair dryer and in the closet is the stackable washer and dryer. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having a washer and dryer directly in the unit!



Moving through the unit guests will find the kitchen area. This area features a stove, wall mounted microwave, double compartment sink, and full-size refrigerator The kitchen is fully outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also supplied so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of marvelous dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many eateries offer delivery as well.



Just past the kitchen guests will find the main living space! This space is the most calming part of the entire condo! It features a sleeper couch couch, accent chair, TV stand, sizable wall mounted TV, modest table and chairs for eating, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Past guests have adored spotting dolphins and watching handsome sunsets!



All bath towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also included for your use as well.



Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorbikes or family pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.



Sand Dunes also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite eateries, giant arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this gorgeous unit.



Other Conveniences and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the onsite waterpark or mini golf. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:

Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project

The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for roughly 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.

During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.

Please note:

Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.
