The porch is the ideal spot to savor your morning coffee or relax after a day of fun in the sun. The home has been newly refreshed with newer furnishings and paint.

Items to Note:

This rental does NOT include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Vehicles.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not supplied in your payment for the rental.

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 1 upsized or 2 standard cars at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Infant items are available for rent during your stay. Please contact South Strand Vacation Units for arrangements.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a returnable damage deposit.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
