Why not stay in a ideally positioned, incredibly updated home that overlooks MAGNOLIA LAKE and fountain with ocean vistas from both decks. Our home has 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, and a outdoor shower. This home has handsome amenities such as granite and quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile/wood throughout and bespoke composite decking on both levels. The huge decks are ideal for calming in the sun or shade while appreciating the ocean breeze.
We're just a short walk to the beach, recreation center, pools, and new water park. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, family room and kitchen, along with TV’s and expanded cable in every room. The kitchen is completely equipped with all brand new supplies that will be more than you need to prepare and serve your meals including as well as a gas grille for your BBQ needs. A washer/dryer plus irons and ironing boards are also supplied. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach. There is covered parking under the home for four cars. We hope you will appreciate our home as much as we do.
