Why not stay in a ideally positioned, incredibly refreshed home that overlooks MAGNOLIA LAKE and fountain with ocean vistas from both decks. Our home has 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, and a outdoor shower. This home has gorgeous amenities such as granite and quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile/wood throughout and bespoke composite decking on both levels. The huge decks are ideal for calming in the sun or shade while appreciating the ocean breeze.

We purchased this home in the Summer of 2018 and have spend thousands of dollars each season continuously updating every part of our home to make it something special for our family and yours! When you spend a week at our beach home you will have a cavernous and attractively decorated home that is sure to make your vacation excellent (in fact we have heard from past visitors that they found it hard to leave)!

We're just a short walk to the beach, recreation center, pools, and new water park. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, family room and kitchen, along with TV’s and expanded cable in every room. The kitchen is entirely equipped with all brand new supplies that will be more than you need to prepare and serve your meals including as well as a gas grille for your BBQ needs. A washer/dryer plus irons and ironing boards are also included. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach. There is covered parking under the home for four cars. We hope you will savor our home as much as we do.

The outside areas of our property are monitored 24x7 with surveillance cameras.
