Come to the beach and appreciate this simple, but impressive studio! Wake up to the sound of the ocean and view of the city of Myrtle Beach. This condo is located at 10th floor of the Landmark Resort right on the beach.

The location is a short walk to Family Kingdom, Mini Golf, Radical Ropes Adventure park, Beachwear, Scooby's Ice Cream Bar & Grille, Buzzed Bull Creamery, 7th Ave Cafe, Hungry Howie's pizza, DinaoLand cafe, Walmart, Spring Garden fam restaurant, Angus Steakhouse and Seafood.
The space
This unit has 2 full beds, kitchenette with dishes, cups, silverware, mini refrigerator, microwave & toaster. Available for use is 50" flat screen TV with cable, hotel wifi, hairdryer, iron & ironing board.
Guest access
Simple self-check in with keypad.
A parking pass, to display in your car for the duration of your stay will be located in the unit, along with the pool access card. *Please return access card to the unit at the end of your stay*

Guests have access to the outdoor/indoor pools & hot tubs, lazy river, sauna, exercise center, gift shop & laundromat.
***Some access is restricted due to this being privately owned unit - renters DO NOT have access to the front desk, housekeeping (contact us), Starbucks, restaurant, pool snack bar, waterpark across the street**

The resort does provide towels for the pool area, however asks for guests not to bring them to the beach. Please bring your beach towels along with any beach accessories
Other things to note
The renter agrees to hold the unit owner harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
Our minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years old.
Family Animals are not allowed, no smoking.
