Ocean Dunes Tower I is a landmark of great vacation living, located on the famed Golden Mile – close to area attractions, shopping, dining and golf. The building is secure, requiring an access card for access. Make sure to savor the outdoor pool with plenty of seating for your comfort.
There is a no-pet policy (sorry, Fido!) and no smoking of course. Although there is not a washer in the unit, there are laundry facilities on the premises for your use. You simply can't go wrong with this handsome, affordable unit. For your security, lifeguard protection is offered on our public beaches. The lifeguards also have chairs or umbrellas to rent on a daily or weekly basis.
Double beds in the bedroom are supplied with linens and towels. The murphy bed(pull down) and the sleeper couch linens will have to be ordered two weeks in advance from our office at $30 per bed if needed.)
