STARTER PACK:

The bathrooms includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, while the kitchen is outfitted with a roll of paper towels, garbage bags, a dish sponge, dish detergent, and a few dishwasher pods. Bathrooms are also supplied with a modest toiletries kit (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

Laundry area is included with laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Each guests receives a bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth.

2 parking passes will be available for your stay. Passes and pool bands will be in the condo once your arrive.

Trailers are not allowed on property. Motorcycles are not allowed

Parking garage is attached to the building and additional parking is at the open lot across the street. 2 passes and pool bands will be available to you when you arrive in the unit.

– 1st floor level: 8’8”
– 2nd floor level: 8’9”
– 3rd-9th floor levels: 7’2”
– 10th floor level: open air

**Finest way to contact us is via this site that is monitored daily. Inquires and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day**

**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas. **

**No motorbikes, RVs, or trailers allowed in parking garage. There is on street paid parking available if needed. **

**This is a pet-complimentary resort, no family pets allowed**

**All reservations must be made by the person staying in this room and is of at least 25 years of age.**

**Please be mindful and abide by the resorts peaceful time of 11pm to 7am**

**Resort Conveniences are not guaranteed and may be changed, removed, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as pools, hot tubs, pool heaters, and beach equipment. No compensation will be included for unavailable or removed amenities**

**We recommend Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment. If you cancel without it and we rebook the property, a refund (minus the reservation fee) may be issued. If not rebooked, payments are forfeited**
