The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 11th floor, direct oceanfront, 1-bedroom apartment located at the Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is entirely furnished and the layout will accommodate 4 guests.

Upon arrival, guests will enter into the bedroom area. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, intelligent TV, and a dresser for storage. There is a window beside the entry door that provides natural light. The decor and wall art simply make the bedroom feel like a home away from home!

Continuing through the apartment, guests will find the kitchen located between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen offers full-size, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter/cabinet space for cooking meals and storage. Guests will appreciate new counter tops, handsome subway-tile backsplash, and an upsized kitchen sink. The dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze! As of 2021, the kitchen was completely refreshed and the appliances were installed brand new.

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! The living room is open and cavernous, and features countless, expansive vistas of the ocean. The 11th floor offers such great vistas; not too high, not too low! The living room features a queen-size sleeper couch, cable TV, bar chairs, and access to the private balcony. It's really a elegant space within the apartment!

Throughout the condo, guests will savor new floors, new paint, and new decor as of Spring 2022! Guests will need to provide their own login information for the streaming channels like Netflix, Hulu, and others.

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Our guests will have access to all Sea Watch Resort amenities, including: 6 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, lazy river, kiddie pools, and 10 hot tubs! Also onsite are tennis courts and a work out room. Guests will also have access to the onsite restaurant that is open for breakfast and lunch, as well as the Tiki Bar. There is a coffee and ice cream shop onsite that our guests can enjoy. Please note that hours of operation are subject to change depending on the season.

Sea Watch is a PRIME location located just South of the North Myrtle Beach border. The resort is also in close proximity to Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and the North Myrtle Beach Regional Airport. In addition, Sea Watch is only a short 20 min. drive to the attractions in central Myrtle Beach; Broadway At The Beach, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access at the resort.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Arcadian Shores, a neighborhood in Myrtle Beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
