Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are oceanfront.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Substantial parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen carts by the front door to help you get your suitcases in and out.
Arcadian shores section is right in between myrtle and north myrtle beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in myrtle beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5 min. drive and Broadway at the Beach about 15 mins..

Tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Find your perfect rental home:
- The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Choose your vacation dates and spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Oceanfront_3 Br 2 Ba_Captivating Views_ Quiet and Friendly Building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before you reserve the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or applied to your agreement.
- Is your group looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
Advice for a terrific stay:
- Put the owner's contact information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of difficulties.
- Keep your rental home locked while you're gone! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
- To make certain that damages aren't linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas during arrival. text the property manager right away to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be useful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great source for finding the best local scenic spots.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
