The SeaWatch Resort has everything from beachfront living with tons of amenities. There are 19 water attractions-(6) oceanfront pools, (2) 225’ lazy rivers, (10) hot tubs and a kiddie pool. 2 pools & 2 hot tubs are covered and heated seasonally.

Oceanside Retreat, by Sunshine and Salt, features a king size bed in the bedroom, queen sized Murphy bed and sleeper couch in the living room. There is a full bath, with tub/shower combo and a entirely supplied galley kitchen with full sized appliances.

Other things to note:
We are on the border of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, with the best access to everything. So much to walk to…or get in the car (Uber readily available) and drive 10 mins., or less, to the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, countless mini golf adventures and the Carolina Opry Theater. 15 mins. to Broadway at the Beach, 20 mins. to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Promenade and Skywheel. 25 mins. to the Myrtle Beach airport.

Outside your comfortable condo the resort offers everything you need. The Captain’s Cove Restaurant is open year round. Additionally Captain’s Nook (featuring Starbucks) and an outdoor Tiki Bar are open seasonally. There is an Outdoor Fire Pit, the Loggerhead Playground, an Arcade, Exercise Room, Putting Green, Shuffleboard, Cornhole, Elevators and Laundry Room available for our guests. The parking lot features EV charging stations for your electric and hybrid cars.

Endless beach with eateries, bars, arcades and fun to stroll to. Seashells, sunrises and sunsets abound for your beach combing enjoyment.

Galley kitchen completely outfitted with new dishware, non-toxic cookware and baking dishes, full sized refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, toaster, dual coffee maker drip coffee or pods (starter coffee and tea available).

Full bathroom includes tub/shower combo with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, hairdryer, and towels/washcloths.

The cozy living room has a queen size Murphy bed, new full size sleeper couch, swivel chair and dining set for 3, dresser, Roku TV, games, cards and the best part-the extraordinary oceanfront vistas from your private balcony! Extra linens are supplied in the dresser and closet.

This property's location is best if you have your own car, as most errands and excursions will require a personal car for max. convenience. However, the property’s central location near the heart of Myrtle Beach provides proximity to major attractions, eateries, and the beach, while the nearest airport—Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR)—is just 2.6 miles (4.2 km) away, making airport access fast and painless.
For guests without a car, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and short-term car units are recommended to fully appreciate the region’s golf courses, shopping districts like The Market Common, and entertainment hubs such as Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our Pre-Arrival Form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Please note that booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property the duration of the reservation
The pre-arrival form requires you to upload a photo of a government photo ID.

Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM

Self check-in with intelligent lock (code to be supplied on check in day via text and e-mail)

During your stay:
6 guests max.

NO FAMILY PETS: this is a rule set forth by the Resort (sorry no exceptions can be made)

**Smoking Policy:**
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in the condo or on the balcony- $350 fine will be assessed.
- Designated smoking area on the ground floor of the parking deck.

Additional rules:

To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Outside of the cancellation policy, no refunds will be issued due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Strict cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Before you leave:

Gather used towels (please leave in bathroom)

Throw trash away (the trash chute is located out the condo door -down the hall to the right.

Please start the dishwasher.

Make sure all doors are locked when you leave.

Additional requests:

Leave dirty linens and covers on the bed

Additional rules:

**You must display parking passes in your car while on resort property or your car will be subject to being towed at your expense. Notify the gate attendant that you are checking in and the pass will be found in the condo. You may park in the temporary loading/unloading spaces until you obtain your parking pass.

**No Luggage Carts or Buggies in the Unit:**
- Strict prohibition on bringing suitcases carts or buggies into the unit.

**Balcony Door Warning:**
- Avoid leaving the balcony door open.
- Wind can create a vacuum effect, making the front door difficult to open and causing slamming.

**Pool Bands Requirement:**
- Mandatory use of pool bands for pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, and surrounding areas.
- Bands included in the room, must be returned to the table at the end of the stay.
- Missing bands fee: $5 per band.

**Broken and Missing Items Policy:**
- Minimum fee of $35 for broken or missing items.
- Notify immediately upon arrival if anything is broken or missing.

- **Excessive Dirtiness Charge:**
- $25 per hour charge for additional cleaning due to excessive dirtiness.

**Supplied Cleaning Supplies:**
- Cleaning supplies under the sink for spills or messes that need immediate attention.

**No Parties Policy:**
- Strictly no events allowed in the unit.
- Immediate eviction and $250 fee for hosting a event.

**Late Checkout Fees:**
- Unauthorized late checkout: Minimum $50 fee plus $25 per hour.

**Use of Facilities at Own Risk:**
- Condo and facilities used at your own risk.
- Not responsible for injuries or accidents.

**Lost or Stolen Items Disclaimer:**
- Not responsible for lost or stolen items.

**Motorcycle Restriction:**
- No motorbikes allowed on the property between May 1st and Labor Day.
