Welcome to Beach Breeze Cove at The Palace Resort located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC!! We are excited for you to come appreciate our NEWLY REMODELED 1BR/1BA condo. Featuring incredible ocean vistas from the interior and private side balcony of the unit. You will savor the exceptional on-site amenities, that include two Oceanfront Outdoor Pools, Indoor & Outdoor Whirlpools, Exercise Room, Sauna, Steam Room, Arcade or Practice your game at our on-site putting green, open to all guests! (seasonal).

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, dresser, closet, nighttime stand & a 30" flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Our full size bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door. Private balcony access with awe-inspiring ocean vistas.


LIVING AREA

The living room has a queen size couch sleeper, chair, coffee table and two end tables with lamps. A Spectacular electric fireplace entertainment center with a 46" Intelligent TV mounted on the wall with cable access & COMPLIMENTARY WIFI (open network). You can also access your private oceanfront balcony. The family room is open to the dining area and kitchen.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA

Our entirely equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it painless to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.

When it's time to dine, you can enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate 4 guests. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away.

Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great eateries in a very short time. (ex. Damon's, Whiskey Roots Bar & Grille, Spring Garden Family Restaurant, Scooby's Ice Cream Bar & Grille, E Noodles & Co., DiLisi's on the Beach, Loco Gecko Beach, Shack, Plantation House of Pancakes, Angus Steakhouse & Seafood, Noisy Oyster are just among some of the many eateries near us.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- NO Smoking: NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- NO Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort or condo, this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- Events/Extensive groups: No more than 4 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Grand events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
