The Space:

Come experience the unique Palms Resort located in handsome Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in a impressive oceanfront resort - you will appreciate the unobstructed ocean view from your balcony PLUS the resort amenities.



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: Painless access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Living Area: Plenty of seating. Sleeper couch. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: King bed. TV. Balcony.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Balcony.



Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. TV.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms.



Balcony (This unit has 3!): Stunning vistas!



Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Laundry: Private in-unit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

The unit is located in Palms Resort - located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.



Getting Around:

2 parking passes are supplied for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens every month on the 2nd Tuesday at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
