Welcome to Serenity Suite, your breezy Myrtle Beach vacation rental condo perched high on the 4th floor of Carolina Winds. Our 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home sits ideally on the 4th floor—high enough for sweeping sea vistas, yet low enough to keep you connected to the shoreline’s appeal.

*This unit is located on the 4th floor.

*Indoor pool is open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.

*No golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Motorcycles allowed.

*Washer/dryer in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap included.

*Two parking passes supplied in unit. No additional passes will be supplied.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker supplied in unit.

*Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to rare possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your tranquility of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a returnable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
