- The HOA requires the property to have a pest control service come to the property to service on the first Wednesday of each month. Guests do not have to be present for them to service. Treatments usually take only a few mins.. The technician will knock, but has an access code to enter if guests are not home. If guests have a pet, they'll need to leave them crated or bring them along to avoid any issues
