As of spring 2025, this condo has undergone a gorgeous remodel, and we are excited to share it with you. The kitchen has been opened up to create a modern, open-concept floor plan, with all-new cabinetry and elegant granite countertops. The entire condo has been freshly painted in soft, inviting tones, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. We're sure you'll appreciate it.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a entryway that immediately showcases the immaculate craftsmanship throughout. From the herringbone-patterned tile floor and crown molding to the 10-foot ceilings, chair railing, and tasteful décor, every detail has been thoughtfully designed.

The first bedroom, located on the left as you enter, features a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. This room includes a private en suite bathroom with a vanity, tub/shower combo, and handsome tile work. It also offers access to a private rear-facing balcony with miles of city vistas, including the lighted SkyWheel. This balcony is accessible only from this bedroom.

On the right side of the unit, the second bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a closet, ceiling fan, and tile floor. The private en suite bathroom includes a vanity, mirror, toilet, and tiled shower with glass doors.

The third bedroom, located on the ocean side of the condo, is the true standout. The building is accessible only with a passcode, which will be included prior to your arrival. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool on the ground floor. For added entertainment, multiple games are available in the condo for guests of all ages.

To simplify your packing, we provide 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, and essential toiletries such as soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each bathroom. Linens, pillows, and linens are also supplied. We provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more.

The condo has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. While not entirely handicap accessible, it accommodates guests with mobility challenges when assisted. Accessibility features include a step-complimentary entryway, wider doorways and hallways (at least 32 inches), comfort-height toilets, a 6-inch shower curb, and a shower sizable enough for two people with a constructed-in stool.
