Located just off 75th Avenue in Myrtle Beach, this prime location offers the ideal mix of tranquility and convenience. You'll find this condo to be a peaceful hideaway, far from the hordes but close enough to everything the Grand Strand has to offer. Steps away from the beach and just a short walk or ride to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, you'll never run out of things to do. As of Spring 2025, this condo has undergone a gorgeous remodel, and we are excited to share it with you. The kitchen has been opened up to create a more modern, open concept floor plan, and all-new cabinets and striking granite countertops have been installed. The entire condo has been newly painted in soft, inviting colors, giving it a warm and welcoming ambiance. We're sure you'll appreciate it!

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by a entry that immediately showcases the immaculate craftsmanship throughout. From the herringbone-patterned tile floor and crown molding to the 10-foot ceilings, chair railing, and tasteful décor, every detail has been thoughtfully designed.

The first bedroom, located on the left as you enter, features a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a closet for storage, and a ceiling fan. This room also features a private en suite bathroom with a vanity, tub/shower combo, and handsome tile work. Plus, you'll have access to the rear-facing balcony, which offers miles of city vistas, including the lighted SkyWheel. This private balcony is accessible only from this bedroom.

On the right side, the second bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, and tile floor. The private bathroom in this room includes a vanity, mirror, toilet, and a tiled shower with glass doors.

The third bedroom, located on the ocean side of the condo, is the true standout. Furnished with a king-sized bed, this room offers mesmerizing vistas of the ocean and coastline. The space is generously sized, with a dresser, TV, natural light flooding through the windows, and access to your own private balcony. This exclusive balcony provides an unparalleled vantage point of the ocean and guarantees both privacy and stunning vistas. The en suite bathroom features a double sink, upsized mirror, a tiled walk-in shower, and immaculate tile work. Above, a massive skylight lets in an abundance of natural light, adding to the room's serene atmosphere.

The chef's kitchen is a dream, with an open concept layout, butcher block countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Entirely outfitted cabinets make preparing meals a breeze, and the adjacent living area is ideal for unwinding in style.

The living room is a true getaway of relaxation. The open floor plan is accentuated by enormous windows that allow natural light to flood the space, offering stunning vistas of both the northern and southern coastlines. Furnished with an upsized TV, a motorized leather recliner couch, a loveseat, and a chair, this is the ideal spot to relax after a day of adventure. Step outside to the sizable balcony, ideal for watching both sunrises and sunsets, with comfortable seating including four cushioned chairs, a padded chaise lounge, and a dining table where you can take in the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find the dining area and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Ocean Dunes Tower 1 is a 15-story complex located at the northern tip of Myrtle Beach, praised by past guests for its great location and added security. The resort is only accessible with a passcode, which will be included prior to your arrival. You'll also have access to the outdoor pool located on the ground floor of the resort. For entertainment, we've supplied multiple games for guests of all ages inside the condo.

To make packing easier, we provide 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, and essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each bathroom. Linens, pillows, linens, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable are supplied. We also provide starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more!

The condo has been thoughtfully refreshed to be accessible for all guests, and while it's not entirely handicap accessible, it is designed to accommodate those with mobility challenges when assisted. Some of the accessibility features include a step-complimentary entryway, wider doorways and hallways (at least 32 inches), comfort height toilets, a shower curb height of 6 inches, and a shower comfortably sized for two people with a stool.
