Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as outdoor pool and hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and less than 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, stores, and eateries.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or eateries. Entertainment: Myrtle Beach Boardwalk - 2 mins. walk SkyWheel Myrtle Beach - 13 mins. walk Dining: Sharkey's Oceanfront Restaurant - 2 mins. walk Art Burger Sushi Bar - 5 mins. walk Landshark Bar & Grille - 11 mins. walk Whisky Roots Bar & Grille - 11 mins. walk Coffee Shop: Starbucks - On Site The resort is within driving distance to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, which is roughly 4 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

BoardWalk is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

❃POOL BANDS & KEY CARDS ❃ To ensure you have full access to the amenities in the resort, pool bands and key cards are included for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all key cards and pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply. Lost, missing or damaged key card on the other hand will incur a replacement fee of $75.
❃NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE UNIT. Violating this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine, and additional cleaning costs may apply. ❃ROUTINE PEST CONTROL
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-complimentary environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 6 to 14: Pest control will take place on the first Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

When to visit & When to book:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.

- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
