•HOA limits short term units to age 25+
•No elevator on site- you will need to be able to handle 3 flights of stairs
•Please note the spiral staircase and railing in photos to access the loft and consider if it is appropriate for the safety of all ages in your event.
•Dogs only under 20lbs. Must be potty trained and be on flea and tick control and in a crate when left alone.
$100 pet fee is required.
