3rd floor (must climb stairs) Handsome 2BR condo constructed around the River Oaks Golf Club grounds, just off international drive, 15 minuets drive from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and intelligent TV available.
*Animals are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with white card (must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card and parking tag)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your car.
