The Space:

Welcome to this relaxing condo located in a calming complex located on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator. 4th floor. Self check in w keypad. Please be advised that there is a ring camera



Kitchen: Totally supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to the balcony.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Bunk bed - double & twin.



Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway.



Balcony: Peaceful. See photos!



Conveniences: Complex outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor pool combo, hot tub, and exercise center. Moreover, savor the cavernous sun decks. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.



Beach: Nearby access!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a fashionable spot on Shore Drive - which makes for a ideal family vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 1st Saturday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
