Linens: All beds are triple-sheeted with fresh linens, and we provide one full set of high-quality bath towels per person.

THE SHORE DRIVE VIBE
Pelicans Landing is a vibrant, family-friendly community. While the neighborhood is generally peaceful, the sounds of happy families and kids playing are common during the day. For our light sleepers, we’ve thoughtfully supplied earplugs to ensure a ideal nighttime's rest.
PEACE OF MIND & SECURITY
Travel Insurance: Because we are located in a handsome coastal area, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This protects your investment against unforeseen weather, travel delays, or medical emergencies.
Exterior Security: For your safety and the security of our home, a motion-activated camera is located on the front door (exterior only). It records only when motion is detected and is never monitored unless there is a specific maintenance or safety emergency.
HOME STANDARDS (The "Red Tape") To maintain a 5-star environment for all residents and guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following HOA and House Rules:
Parking: A parking pass is required (supplied at check-in). Please note that the HOA does not allow motorbikes, golf carts or trailers on the premises.
Age Requirement: Per HOA regulations, the primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.
Occupancy: min. of 6 guests.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Pet-Free Zone: Per HOA regulations, no family pets are allowed. (Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine).
Smoke-Free Home: This is a stringently non-smoking property (including the balcony). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
Check-out: To ensure our cleaning team has time to make the home "spotless" for the next guest, checkout is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out costs apply to protect our cleaning schedule.
