Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.

All guests must use the front entrance as their main route to the beach.

* All guests staying will have access to every luxury (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)
* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.

Prices do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-event payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per car/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management.

Guests are not allowed to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bicycle per day.

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:

• The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
• Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Booking websites usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
• Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines contain coupons for nearby accommodations and attractions.

• Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often available online. If not, call the property management company before booking the rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms.
• Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or costs could be applied to your contract.
• Visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
• Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking

• Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of issues.
• Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
• Document any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if there is a dispute.
• Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic source for finding the best local spots.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
