For your convenience, a coffee maker is included, so you can start each morning with a fresh cup, whether you choose to sip it in the comfort of your condo or take it to the private balcony to savor the ocean breeze.

The second bedroom is equally appealing, with a cozy queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. The bed frame features constructed-in drawers for additional storage, and the room is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and a private closet for your convenience. Please note that this condo has a minimum age requirement of 25. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. This is a stringently enforced policy by the HOA, and reservation holders under the age of 25 risk being fined, or evicted from the property.
