Ocean block, entirely refreshed townhouse in the Ocean Dunes/Sand Dunes complex, a part of the golden mile. Sleeps 10. Sorry no college students (25 and under). If you are older than 25 and you book it, you must also be a guest.

Great for playing at the beach, golfers, tennis players and those who like to shop. Appreciate great eateries close by. Please note that there will be pest control entering the condo on the first Thursday of every month.

This is a 3 story town home with no elevator, you must be able to climb stairs. All bedrooms and full baths are on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

1st floor consists of kitchen, dining and living area with half bath.

2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. First bedroom has 2 double beds. Second bedroom has 1 king bed.

3rd floor consists of master bedroom with 2 queen beds, master bath and covered balcony.

All bed linens and bath towels are included. You will need to provide your own beach towels and chairs.

Two parking passes will be supplied. Two is max. number of passes we can provide.
