• Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
• Smoking and Animals: Smoking is stringently prohibited inside the condo and on the balconies. Family Pets are not allowed at any time.
• Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not allowed due to limited parking availability.
