As you make your way into this handsome unit the first thing you will notice is the new wood floors throughout the unit! Magnolia North 302/4819 is ideal for families and golfers alike. The living space area has a sizable flat-screen T.V. and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen here is entirely functional and supplied with all of the necessary silverware, cutlery, and appliances to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast. Also notice the elegant new tiled backsplash!

The master bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds with an attached second bathroom. In the second bathroom, there is a stand-up shower. You will find it all at your gorgeous Myrtle Beach condo!
